Only Perfect Parties provides full-service Party and Wedding coordination and is capable of taking your dreams and transforming them into reality. Among the coordination services we provide are Location Scouting, Full-Service Catering, Contract Negotiation, Event Design and Décor, Floral Design, Event Rentals, Music and Entertainment, Ceremony Coordination, Invitations, and much more. During the coordination process, we work hand-in-hand with all of our Clients from start to finish. We can also step in at the last minute to facilitate day-of coordination and supervision if that is requested of us.
It is our goal that our clients and their families enjoy their special day event more than their guests do. During the coordination process, we do everything possible to alleviate the stress and anxiety of planning your event with our excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Since our inception OPP has planned and produced 1000’s of major Corporate and Family outings throughout the Tri-State and the reason is we always outsell our competition, we consistently offer superior all-inclusive pricing and complete entertainment packaging.  We represent 100’s of unique and exclusive venues suitable for your Summer Outing from Private Picnic Grounds & Parks to Beach Front Clambakes to Executive Golf Outings and Private Yachts, for groups of 100 to 10,000 guests. 
Many elements go into producing the right summer event, especially when families are involved and we leave no stone unturned, OPP's entire staff is committed to your events success, from start to finish we ensure there will be plenty of fun for children of all ages and even for the adults without children.  We handle everything from the registration process to executing the bus departure, all you need to do is invite the guests!
Every outing is customized to meet with your needs, to keep things new and exciting; we are continuously searching for new venues and resources that enable us to enhance our Outing Packages.  If you want it, just ask. We have built a network of associate vendors who will provide nearly anything you can request. (Amusement Rides; Ponies; Circus Acts; Petting Zoos, Train Rides, Portable Restrooms, Etc.)

The success of any event is certainly the production process and we have down to a science.  It is critical that everything is perfectly managed, no matter how big or small, no matter what the event, OPP’s On-Site Event Manager will ensure the timely execution of all the significant event elements, including last minute and out of the ordinary requests.
